Refund policy

At Hullabaloo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read the following cancellation and returns policy.

1. Right of Cancellation

Under Swiss law, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@hullabaloo.ch.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and sealed (if applicable).
  • The item must have all hang tags still attached, if applicable.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt. 

  • Hygiene-sensitive products that come into direct contact with the body (e.g., hairbrushes, makeup, earrings, cycling shorts, compression sleeves, knee sleeves, arm sleeves, or similar items) cannot be returned once opened or worn, in accordance with Swiss law

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at info@hullabaloo.ch.
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs within Switzerland are at your expense.

    Free Shipping Policy: Orders with free shipping are eligible only for purchases of 20 CHF or more. If an item from a free-shipping order is returned and the remaining order does not meet the free shipping requirement, the original shipping fee (5.95 CHF) will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
  • International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are also at your expense.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:

  • A full refund will be issued, minus any return shipping costs (if applicable).
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.

6. Exceptions to Return Policy

The following products are excluded from the right to return:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt.
  • Custom or personalised products.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products that cannot be resold once opened or worn, including hairbrushes, makeup, earrings, cycling shorts, compression sleeves, knee sleeves, arm sleeves, or similar items.

  • Gift cards.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@hullabaloo.ch. We will assist you with a full refund or exchange, including any return shipping costs.
